  • We were impressed with the way it came, prep was easy and we knew what we had to do (which was reassuring for two relative novices!)

    As for the cook-a-long itself we thought it worked very well. It was easy to ask questions and felt relaxed and friendly from the start. Having you relay Qs was a brilliant idea and Dan's iPhone view. It was challenging at times. We didn't really know what to expect but it probably wasn't three dishes at once! That said despite moments where there was a lot going on we managed to keep up because Mike allowed us plenty of time. We felt that if we had fallen behind thought being apart of a small group it wouldn't have been daunting to ask for help.

  • It was really good. The ingredients were first class, all done to every herb we need, clearly labelled and delivered to our door.

    Mike’s easy manner and clear instructions were perfect and allowing us to look at Mike and Dans hob was excellent. Well done to you all, we would definitely do it again.

  • I wanted to let you know how much myself and Ade enjoyed the beef wellington last night. I thoroughly enjoyed the cook along. I have only cooked a beef wellington once before and that was a slimming world version which was soggy and overcooked, so last night was just perfection in our eyes, mouth-watering to look at and the beef melted in our mouths. Mike, the instructions & tips you gave throughout is why it worked so well.

  • Better than I expected. Cook along’s have potential to be chaotic and incoherent, but this one was very well organised, easy to follow, relaxed & fun! Chef Mike was a great host.

    Keep up the good work, the classes offer an opportunity to learn but also a social outlet for many who are stuck inside.
